THN is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of
visitors to our Web sites as well as the privacy of our actual customers.
For visitors, we've structured our Web sites so that, in general, you can

What information do we collect?
When you visit our Web site, our Web server collects basic user

our Web site, and the pages from within our Web site that you visit and is

We only collect and hold your email address in order to send you the
newsletters and other information you have requested. You can unsubscribe at

In addition to our regular, monthly Newsletter, we may occasionally send
Special Reports or Offers that you may find valuable or that you have
requested. These may include information about specific partners' or third

We work hard to ensure that our visitors and customers only receive the
communication they wish to have or that we are obliged to provide. As such
you can unsubscribe from any newsletter or special report/offer

THN Customers
What information do we collect?
When you sign up for THN's services, you provide us with both contact and
payment information. Contact information typically includes your name,
address, and phone number. Payment information typically includes your
credit card number.
While you are a THN customer, we manage information with regard to your
account status, choice of services, and customer logs. In addition, we may
store customers' electronic mail and other communications as a necessary
incident to the transmission and delivery of those communications.
How do we use this information?
We use the contact information you provide us to establish our service
for you. We use payment information for payment processing purposes only. We
create and maintain other information such as customer account status,
choice of services, and customer logs in the normal course of providing
service.
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our
site, we will ask you to log into one of our secure sites with your customer
identification. In order to complete the referral email form inviting your
friend to visit the site, you will be required to enter your email address
as well as the email address for your friend. We do not store this
information, except as necessary to send the email through normal email
protocols.
THN may share customer information with selected partners/third parties,
for example, to provide you with information about products which might be
of interest to you or to enable you to take advantage of special partner
programs. THN may also use customer information to provide customers with
system information or information about new or upgraded products if you have
chosen to receive such offers. By pressing the “submit” button, each visitor
constitutes consent to use the information for purposes stated in this
privacy statement.
We will not otherwise disclose customer personal and account information
unless we have reason to believe that disclosing such information is
necessary to identify, make contact with or bring legal action against
someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property
of THN, our customers, or others, or where THN has good belief that the law
requires such disclosure.
Neither will THN, except for reasons stated below, disclose to third
parties the contents of any electronic mail or other electronic
communications that THN stores or transmits for its customers. The
circumstances under which THN will disclose such electronic customer
communications are when: -
- It is necessary in order to provide service to the customer
- It is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of THN and its
customers
- It is required to cooperate with interceptions orders, warrants or
other legal processes that THN determines in its sole discretion to be
valid and enforceable
- It is necessary to provide to a law enforcement agency when the
contents are inadvertently obtained by THN and appear to appertain to
the commission of a crime
THN disclaims any intention to censor, edit or engage in ongoing review
or surveillance of communications stored on or transmitted through its
facilities by customers or others. THN will, however, review, delete or
block access to communications that may harm THN, its customers or third
parties. The ground on which THN may take such action include, but are not
limited to, actual or potential violations of THN's Terms of Use.
Customers may opt out of receiving newsletters and/or notices of new or
upgraded products from THN by sending a request to privacy[at]thn.com.my. In this
request, customer must identify their domain name and contact information.
Please note, however, that THN reserves the right to send bulletins and
other important information regarding our services at our discretion.
Further Data Privacy Compliance
We are working with our affiliates and agents (website owner who promote
and send out promotions about THN's products to their own seperate lists) to
figure out how to suppress your name from their lists as well, should you
wish this. Please bear with us as we, and the rest of the email industry,
