All users of THN's services, and all customers upon signing up for THN's
services, agree to comply with THN's Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP"). The
spirit of the AUP is to ensure customers are using THN's services with due
regard to the rights of other Internet users and in conformity with the
requirements of THN's network environment. The AUP are not exhaustive and
THN reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any provision of its AUP at
any time without notice, effective upon either the posting of the modified
AUP to http://www.thn.com.my/ or notification of the modified AUP. Any
complaints about a customer's violation of the AUP should be sent to
abuse[at]thn.com.my. The AUP supersedes any other agreement with THN,
whether written, oral, by conduct, or otherwise.
All Web Hosting (Linux and Windows), Ecommerce Web Hosting and Email Hosting
plans include a 40 day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with
your service for any reason, you will receive a full refund (minus setup
fees and overage charges) if you cancel your account within 40 days of the
activation of your account.
Our refund policy does not apply to any additional items or services; this
includes but is not limited to POP accounts, Real Audio®/Video® and MySQL.
Also not included are Domain Parking services, Domain Registration and
Dedicated services, as well as Reseller programs and Web design. No refunds are available
after 40 days. In order to cancel service, you must contact THN's Customer
Service Team, Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. GMT+8, at 012
360 8886. THN's customer service representatives will assist you with the
cancellation process. Please be aware that there are no pro-rated refunds
after the first 40 days of service. International customers may contact
THN's Billing Team via email at billing[at]thn.com.my.
The 40 day money back guarantee does not apply to reseller accounts or
dedicated servers, or any fees associated with these accounts. The 40 day
money back guarantee does not apply to account renewals.
Accounts cancelled/terminated by THN for violating our Terms of Use do not
qualify for the 40-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is
cancelled due to spamming, you will not be given any refund.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for refunds of check or money order payments.
